All works are guaranteed to be authentic as stated.  Works found not to be so will be taken back and the purchase price refunded at any time if returned in the same condition as shipped. Independent authentication arrangements and all costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Art purchased from Annalie's is shipped encased in puncture guarded foam layered shipping cartons accompanied by statements of authenticity, bill of sale and descriptions of the purchased work for insurance purposes.

Payments made at the time of order by MasterCard, VISA or American Express will be authenticated and authorized for the amount of purchase utilizing Bank of America's electronic credit card transaction processing procedures. Shipment of purchases made via check will be delayed until your check clears the bank.  Wire transfers are accepted providing a fast and secure means of transferring funds locally and internationally.

Payment plans are available. A payment schedule of up to five equal consecutive monthly payments may be arranged.  The first payment is due within three days of purchase and is NONREFUNDABLE   The final payment includes additional shipping and California tax, if applicable.

For insurance reasons, title will pass to the buyer prior to shipment. Artworks are shipped Federal Express second day, or as specified by our clients.

Firm orders take precedence.
